Horsehead - Scotland is so beautiful, the first time I came here I couldn't stop crying. It just touched my soul I guess. It is a quirky kind of place to live with lots of slightly off the wall people - in a nice way, but they do make me laugh a lot. It is still quite old fashioned in a good way, strangers will always say Good Day and most people still do their shopping daily in the High Street so they can keep up with all the happenings of the town.

The weather can be a little on the grey side, not much colder than England unless you live in one of the Great Glens, but when the sun comes out the beaches and the water are spectacular and the mountains are a joy to behold.

Come visit - you will love it and it is full of history.
